Modern Quilt Guild

The Atlanta Modern Quilt Guild meeting is tomorrow and I just finished quilting the quilt for the quilt museum.  Here is a little preview of it.  I will take a full photo tomorrow when I turn it over to the guild for binding and the sleeve.

It turned out really well.  I think the quilting enhances the modern feeling of the quilt and it will represent the guild well when it is displayed at the Georgia State Capitol on January 31st.

  5. That is SO COOL that a modern quilt will be on display in the Capitol building! Oooh! I'm so jealous! I'm thinking if I wanted to get a modern quilt into the Colorado State Capitol, I'll have to wrap myself in it! :o)
I look forward to seeing the final product!
