Nine Patch Surprise Quilted

Here is the back – the giant four patch that I talked about a few days ago.

and a close up of the quilting on the back.

It is hard to see the quilting from the front but here is the best photo I was able to get.

I quilted a simple feather meander with lime green thread.  Gives lots of texture but doesn’t take over the quilt.

Now on to the binding – I think I will use the extra fabric from the backing to make a scrappy binding out of the four colors.
