I have something new on my design wall today. I am making another Nine Patch Surprise – this time out of 30’s Repro’s. I got all the nine patches made and next is putting on the colored strips.
This one is going to be a smaller one. Instead of 20 blocks I am making only 12. It will be a good child-size quilt when done and after I use it for teaching, I can donate it.

I'm going to have a bunch of 30s fabric left when I finish my Eleanor Burns quilt: this looks like a great idea for getting it out of my studio. Not my favorite fabric but would make great comfort quilts. Thanks.
