BOM Update

I finished the double four patch blocks for our Block of the Month. For the first month we actually made 12 blocks. I think my colors of lime green and black are going to look great.

The next month (actually in two weeks) we will be doing 8 log cabin blocks that are 1/2 green and 1/2 black. I need to get some strips cut before the actual sewing day.

We are also working on the feathered star in the middle of the quilt. Last month we just cut the tips of the star and this month we will be doing some half square triangles. We will be working gradually on the feathered star all year.
