I sewed and sewed and sewed. I have the first three rows of Easy Street put together. It is now to big for the design wall so here it is on my bed – excuse the mess on the side table/sewing machine.
This is a big quilt.
I am thinking I will go ahead and put a border on it even though it will probably be large enough for the bed without one. I am going to stop by the shop today and will pick up backing and borders.

ReplyDeleteI love how your colors came together! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeletelooks great, I finished my top today and don't know about a border, I will ask the kids and hubby when they get home
ReplyDeleteThanks for the eye candy! I can't wait to start getting my blocks together...tomorrow afternoon I have a date with my sewing machine!
ReplyDeleteMelinda, that is looking so good. I have already decided I will have at least two borders on mine. Of course that will have to come after I get that middle part done. ;-)
ReplyDeleteyes, it does look cool!! interested to see what you use as borders...but that quilt under it is magnificent, too...if i had known that the centers of bonnie's B block would be a star, i would have done the wonky star like on yours...is this a pattern that y'all have at tiny stitches? hrtnmtns@gmail.com
