Beginning Machine Piecing–Class 5

We worked on log cabin blocks last night. The row we worked on has four log cabin blocks and one courtyard steps.

First here is the homework from last week – double four patch blocks.

Next week is the final week to make blocks and then we will start putting the quilt tops together.  We will be making flying geese next week and since it is Labor Day, I thought we would also have some ice cream to share.
