Turning Twenty Part One

Tiny Stitches celebrated turning twenty yesterday.  The shop has moved a couple of times many years ago and since being in this shopping center, it has expanded so that we now have four storefronts, three connected together in the main store and the newer quilting studio one shop down.

For the celebration we had a birthday cake!

Unfortunately Publix apparently can’t spell so Stitches was misspelled but the cake tasted good anyway.

After the mob scene at Saturday Sampler, we had the first of two birthday sew-ins.  We had 30+ people in the shop sewing on Turning Twenty quilts.

21 people were in the regular classroom with another 10 or so down in the Studio.

Everyone was jealous of Patrick’s featherweight setup.  He got a bargain on his featherweight, but want really got everyone excited was his extension table.

Isn’t it beautiful?  If you want one of your own (I do), you can find it here.

I am off to the shop for the second Turning Twenty sew-in.  It started at 9 am and I am due there at noon.
