Challenge Quilts at Allatoona

Today was our monthly business meeting and the program was our challenge quilts.  Unfortunately, I ran out of time and didn’t get one done this time.

The challenge was called “What color is your house”.  The challenge had to include a house that measured at least 3 inches.  We then had to choose two colors that started with our initials.  We could use any two of our initials.  Since my middle name is Louise I had planned on using Lime Green (of course) and Magenta for Melinda.  Oh well, next time.

Here are some of the projects that were completed.

 

 

As you can see, there were a lot of different projects, from large quilts to potholders, purses to notebook covers.  I love to see the creativity of all the members.
