We went out for dinner last night and came home around dusk. As we drove into the driveway, There were 3 deer in the backyard. This is the first time we have seen deer here. There was a Mother and two smaller ones. I tried to get photos but this is the only one that came out OK.
They were only 20-30 feet away. As I got closer, they ambled off into the neighbor’s yard. I hope to see them again.

I used to say it was so wonderful to see the deer until they have overtaken our area. They've eaten our bushes, annuals and whatever else they can get at. Once the growth in the forests are gone they'll head toward your home. Never, ever feed them or you are inviting more trouble. When my husband goes to work they block the road and have caused so many accidents in our area. I was warned of this by others and didn't believe it until now…..I'm living it.
