Well another week has gone by and I was in danger of not having anything new to show so I decided to get up early and sew. I made the rest of the star blocks and cut the setting triangles. Here it is today.
I started sewing it together but only the first two rows are together now. I would like to get the rest pieced so when I go out to the Georgia Quilt Show. Since I am staying at a hotel, I will be able to finish it and be ready to quilt next week.

Also, remember that you have a few more days to enter the Fall Into Fall giveaway. You will find it here.

ReplyDeletelove the dark setting fabric real pretty quilt.
ReplyDeleteThe gold and maroon are gorgeous together. Love the star blocks and the setting. It's going to be a beautiful quilt when you get it all together. Why does it always take so much longer to sew the top together than you think it will?
