1000 Posts – Celebration

Well, this is my 1000th post.  I started this blog in 2006 and didn’t post very often until the last couple of years.  I decided at the first of this year to try to post every day and except for one day that Comcast was misbehaving, I have been able to do at least one post a day. I have enjoyed writing and hoping that someone else out there found my words and photos interesting.

Yesterday I posted a photo of my design wall with my Christmas quilt in process.  Here it is again.

In recognition of my 1000th post, I am giving away a pattern to make this quilt along with the 10 half yard cuts of this Christmas line.  If you don’t celebrate Christmas or don’t want another Christmas quilt, you will have the option of choosing 20 fat quarters of fruit and/or veggie fabric (I will select them for you) to make this same quilt.  Here is a photo of the pattern.

This pattern is fun and easy to make and very well written by my sister Robin.

All you have to do is leave a comment on this post to be in the drawing.  If you do not have a blog or show up as no-reply you need to leave me your email address in order to be in the drawing.

This is a separate drawing/giveaway from the 100 followers giveaway I posted yesterday.  You can enter both if you are a follower.  This one is open for anyone and I am willing to mail internationally.

Forgot to put in a drawing date – how about the 25th of July!

Melinda
