Happy 2009 - Word for New Year

One of the blogs I read regularly is by Cher. I found her post today to be very interesting and I decided that I wanted to select a word to focus on this year. After reading about choosing a word for the year on Christine Kane's blog which Cher posted the link to, I have decided on Release.

First I was going to choose Organize or something like that but after doing some reading on Christine's blog, I decided that Release was a more effective word. Release can lead to organization. I need to Release things from my house, and stop over committing my time. I also would like to Release some weight from my body.

I want to do this. I think it will work better than resolutions ever do. Release! It is a good word to focus on in 2009.
