Look at what I found at Joann’s.
Two hexie punches! The large makes 3/4 inch hexies and the medium makes 1/2 inch. They do make an extra large but I am not sure what size it is. It looks like it would punch out 1 inch hexies. My Joann’s didn’t have it but I will stop by and check again.

Do they cut fabric??????
ReplyDeleteHave you tried it yet?
ReplyDeleteOH My!!! What a find if they cut fabric, need to look for those.
ReplyDeleteI am loving the houses. I need to use up some of my poka dots. You talk about a quilt shop called "Tiny Stitches". Where is this located? I have enjoyed all your posts over the last few years.
ReplyDeleteCreative memories have a duo hexie hole punch. I punch out cardstock ads from the inside of magazines and do english paper piecing. I first dab a tiny for of washable glue stick on the center of the cardstock and then stick it to the fabric (back side). Trim about 1/4 an inch around then hand baste the edges over.then finish by whip stitching them together.
ReplyDeleteI have tried using other punches like those to cut fabric and they didn't work.
Wish these were around sooner, it would have been cheaper.
