I just finished the last stitch on the sleeve of the last show quilt. Unfortunately, I don’t have a pillowcase large enough for it. I bought two king sized pillowcases earlier this week intending to use one for this quilt but forgot about the quilt I am borrowing to hang in a spot where a quilt was withdrawn. Withdrawn quilts are a problem when you put on a quilt show. A blank wall isn’t good for anyone. We have had two quilts withdrawn. I borrowed our raffle quilt from four years ago and it is going to hang in one place. In the second spot, we are going to hang Danielle’s Presidents quilt that the guild made for her at the end of her year as president.
Here is my last quilt with the binding, label and sleeve on it.
Tomorrow is the last quilt show meeting. Quilts are being delivered on Sunday and judging starts on Monday. For more information go here and read about the show for next week. If you live in Georgia or Alabama or Tennessee or somewhere else in the South, we would love to see you at our show.
