I hope everyone has a wonderful Fourth of July. I will be working at the quilt shop. If you are in the Atlanta area, stop by Tiny Stitches in Marietta and say hello.
The quilt I am showing was made several years ago but I still like it. It is one of the first quilts I quilted on my longarm. I was brave (or stupid) enough to use red thread.

Love your quilt. My first longarm quilt was a r/w/b BOM quilt and I quilted it with varigated r/w/b thread. I was really proud of it but now I know it was not very good. However, it was my first learning experience and made a great gift for my nephew who had just returned from Iraq.
ReplyDeleteI have this same quilt hanging on my banister. I loved those Bag Lady sessions at Tiny Stitches.
ReplyDeleteThe picture drew me in today, Melinda. This is a cool layout of patriotic stars and stripes!
