Tuesday in Las Vegas

This is what my Las Vegas design wall looked like last night before I went to bed. I made 6 log cabin blocks and think I will use them to make a small quilt/table topper.  They are not sewn together.  We also made a small sample of a braid which is on the bottom.  The fabrics I used for the log cabins was leftover from a project we made here in 2008.  We still have more, maybe for next year.

Today, Robin is teaching her pattern, Magnolia Lane.  Here are a couple of samples.

Here is the quilt before it is turned on point.

Should be another fun day!

  2. I like both your log cabin blocks and your braid. I'd like to learn how to make those. I like the Magnola Lane pattern, too.
