Magical Slice and Dice Class

I taught the Magical Slice and Dice class last Monday night and three of the seven students managed to get theirs done.  The other four were unable to finish their homework so still have some sewing left to do.

Michele-1

Michele-2

This one is Michele’s.  The first photo  is before we sliced it, the second one with the borders on.  Michele used a Christmas floral fabric and it is more red than it looks in the photo. Isn’t it interesting how it different it looks when on point.

Kristen-1

Kristen-2

This next one belongs to Kristen.  She used an Amy Butler fabric called Daisy Chain.

Marianne-1

Marianne-2

This last one is Marianne’s.  She used a beautiful Asian fabric and it turned out great.

If anyone is interested in the pattern, you can purchase it from Tiny Stitches or directly from my sister.

What an ingenious way to make absolutely beautiful quilts! They are all beautiful.

  2. I wonder if the Magic Slice and Dice is anything like the 4 patch stacked posie I just finished??

Sorry to hear about your poor foot, Melinda. I can see why you would have a hard time standing at work like this. I just found out that I will be coming over to the shop on Thursday with a friend. Will you be working perchance?
