I finished off all my Hexie blocks for the BOM. Ready for May!
Any ideas about sashing color?

Your scrappy blocks are lookin' good so far! I'm still waiting to decide on a background fabric. I can see a darker green for the sahing or maybe even scrappy sashings based on your block colors. Might have to wait until all the blocks are done to decide that tho...

ReplyDeleteI chickened out and opted for white backing but I think I may do what Sarah suggested and use scrappy vertical and horizontal paths between the blocks at the end. Purple and lime go nicely together but I think it depends what colours and designs are there at the end, as to what colour we go with?

Your blocks are looking great. I don't know what color you should do for sashing yet. Maybe a few more blocks and you will have a better idea.
